3:40 a.m.

This week (THANK YOU, Lisa), I rediscovered Good Earth Tea...

Note to self: Unless it says decaf - no matter HOW warm and wonderful and absolutely delicious it tastes - drinking two big cups
(32 oz... oy!) right before bed is just a BAD idea.

(Just realized that the number one ingredient is black tea... yeah)

Funny. I took your recommendation of the Apple Spice tea since I needed an alternative to Good Earth b/c of the caffeine. Yum! (I found the decaf version of GE at Target of all places. Yeah!)

Hello Abi. I just wanted to leave a note to you. I've been having a really difficult time dealing with the rejection that I've received from my fiance family. I really thought I could handle it, but over the last few weeks I have found myself depressed and unable to move past it. I read your story on crosswalk.com and it reminded me to look to God. I remember when a cup or 2 of tea could do the job for me...now it's a thermos-full or don't even bother unless it's coffee!

I read your story on crosswalk.com and wanted to check your blog out, and have really enjoyed reading it. I smiled when I read this, because I'm the same way. If I make the mistake of drinking coffee after 5 pm, I get jittery and generally unpleasant to be around.
